Feel Sexier, November 10, 2005

Jacquie Noelle is probably the sexiest Yoga instructor I've ever seen. Her personality makes her workouts some of the most enjoyable yoga workouts I've tried. She is wearing a black outfit while working out. You of course, can wear anything you want to wear. Hint: "Something Sexy" like well, you can decide.

There is one scene that could be considered a short dance. It is not difficult, however it will make you feel very sexy. The bare wood floor and sheer drapes covering the window are the basics of the set. Then, you have some plants and candles, a chair, a water bottle and a towel.

Throughout this workout, the instructor teaches sensual and graceful yoga moves beyond upward or downward dog. Horizon, plank and warrior pose will all be familiar.

You will also learn some essential:

Breathing techniques
Pelvic Stretches
Inner-core strengtheners
Body-enhancement positions

What did I notice after exercising?

1. I caught myself walking in a sexy way through my kitchen. Hey, hey.
2. I felt like I had more energy.
3. I felt that my skin tingled a bit and I felt warm all over. (Probably revitalizing nerve endings and increasing blood circulation)
4. My body loved the stretching and relaxation section at the end of the workout.
5. I felt kinda sexy and the feeling lasted all night and well into the next day.

The exercises in this workout will be very familiar to anyone who has experienced yoga. This is mostly yoga, but there is a small section of modern dance. I did appreciate the attention to some of my more favorite poses although I'm still struggling with "table" pose.

1. Better Sex Through Yoga - This section explains how increased Strength, Flexibility and Control leads to sexual fitness. Jacquie explains how these exercises will help you "get into" and "hold" new and exciting positions. I think we are talking about Kama Sutra here.

Yoga Poses - This is an almost "silent" section you can watch that shows a variety of poses with notes on proper form. You have to hit pause to read each one as they move through the poses rather fast. You will learn the names of the poses and this will be helpful for anyone new to yoga. This is the section to watch to understand the "sexual core" exercises.

4. Out-Takes and Bloopers - Explains some of the chemistry going on during the filming of this workout.

I also tried the second Intermediate workout and third advanced workout and they are slightly more challenging than the first workout. I love them all!

Better Sex Through Yoga 2

Relaxing and Sexy Workout, November 10, 2005

Jacquie Noelle is probably the sexiest Yoga instructor I've ever seen and her personality makes her workouts some of the most enjoyable yoga workouts I've tried.

In this workout, she is wearing blue shorts and a white shirt. She changes to a black top later in the workout. Jacquie has two partners in this workout who are equally fit and flexible.

The bare wood floor and sheer drapes covering the window are the basics of the set. Then, you have some plants and lots of candles. You sort of feel that you are in a dance studio and so there is a realistic feel to the entire workout and you feel like you are part of a yoga class.

The music for these workouts is very sexy and encourages you to keep moving through the various poses. You can wear anything you want to wear, the sexier the better. I dress up when doing these workouts and normally like wearing black short shorts and a tight top because that way you can do all the exercises without your clothes limiting you in any way.

There is one scene that could be considered a short dance. It will loosen your hips and make you feel so relaxed. You start with basic neck stretches and make your way to forward stretches and then shoulder rolls, down dog, creative hip stretches, an amazingly creative upside down stretch, warrior, triangle pose, fun-sexy-hip swirls, isolated hip rolls, primitive dance-style forward rolls, challenging balancing poses, deep leg stretches, back exercises, table, sexy side stretches, creative stomach exercises, Pilates exercises, sitting forward bends, challenging knee stretches, creative series of pelvic exercises and a final relaxation segment that you will really deserve!

Throughout this workout, the instructor teaches sensual and graceful yoga moves beyond upward or downward dog. Jacquie teaches a variety of yoga poses, but also includes some Pilates moves. I was so excited that I finally made it all the way to the complete table pose. Quite a few of the poses were a nice challenge and there are some stretches that will be a challenge for quite some time.

What did I notice after exercising?

1. From the minute I stood up and walked off my mat, my hips seemed more flexible and I was walking in a much more sexy way.

2. I felt like I had more energy and was much more aware of my body.

3. I felt that my body had warmed and this workout in particular made my skin feel softer. I think the Intermediate workout is slightly more challenging and my blood flow had been significantly increased.

4. I handled everything with a calm spirit. Nothing seemed too complex. I had been stressed before starting the workout and after the workout, everything seemed more "in control." I think this is one of the main benefits of yoga.

5. There was a definite increase in how sexy I felt and if you are looking to increase your sex drive, this workout can almost be considered a workout aphrodisiac.

6. Much flatter stomach, wow. I was impressed.

7. A desire to eat exotic fruit dipped in a mixture of sour cream, sweetener of choice and vanilla extract.

8. A desire to look in mirror to see my improved posture.

9. A desire to dress sexier and buy sexier clothes.

10. The need to buy every Better Through Yoga Workout that is ever produced. They work!

1. Jacquie Introduction - This section explains how increased Strength, Flexibility and Control leads to sexual fitness. This explains how these exercises will help you "get into" and "hold" new and exciting positions. Better Sex Through Yoga 3

 

The Ultimate Yoga Aphrodisiac, November 10, 2005

After trying all three Better Sex Through Yoga DVDs, I must say these workouts will not only improve your physical form, they actually work on a much deeper level to provide enhanced sensation and awareness, not to mention an increase in sexual energy and desire. After working out with the BSTY #1, three times and the BSTY #2 twice, I moved onto the third BSTY workout.

The second time I tried this workout I noticed all sorts of new sensations in my body and soon after this workout I discovered that "yes" these exercises do work and there is something magical about the entire BSTY series.

For starters, this workout will heat up your whole body as you move to sexy music and also try a few sexy hip movements and rather challenging balancing poses. Not only does this workout promote confidence, the exercises target hard to reach inner-core pelvic muscles. I loved the deep forward bends and the especially sexy mini-dance segments.

While you will find many familiar yoga poses in this workout, the way in which they flow together is quite beautiful and inspiring. Jacquie really adds creative flair to many of the poses. The Sun Salutation series teaches you to breathe and flow from pose to pose. I found that the plank to lower plank and back up to upward facing dog and then downward facing dog really helped to strengthen my upper body. The entire Sun Salutation section makes you feel invigorated and quite alive.

It is helpful to watch the instruction section in order to see the special instructions for the poses as they flow quite quickly during the workout. I highly recommend BSTY #1 and #2 before you attempt this workout. When they say "advanced" they mean it.

Jacquie Noelle is a true inspiration and when you see how fit and flexible she is, you will understand why you will want to keep doing these workouts and attain her level of fitness. Jacquie has a cute, sexy instruction style and gives these workouts pure personality appeal. Well, it looks like she finally does workout in a tiny outfit. Actually, the less you wear, the more you will enjoy this workout. You really do get quite the workout.
