This
is a great way to get your yogurt and fruit for the day, all in
one drink. Substitute frozen berries for an even colder drink.
Raspberries are best fresh in this smoothie and were originally
called "raspisberries" because of their rough, rasping
surface. They are members of the rose family and can range in
color from white to orange or pink to dark purple.

(6-ounce) container 99% fat-free French vanilla yogurt
1 banana, peeled
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
4 strawberries, hulled
¼ cup cold ginger ale

Process the yogurt, banana, raspberries, blueberries and
strawberries
in a blender. Stir in ginger ale.
2. Pour into short
glasses and serve with straws.
