James
Beard—American food writer and author (1903-1985) once said:
"Too few people understand a really good sandwich."
There is a universal appeal in a quick lunch which provides
fiber, carbohydrates, protein and minimal fat. Choose low-fat
mayonnaise and turkey breast or low-fat meat choices. Keep cold
meats, breads and lettuce on hand and you will always have a
healthy and easy-to-prepare sandwich.
