My
father used to make these for us when it was his turn to prepare
dinner, we always thought they were gourmet treats. Most of the
bacon fat drips into the pan when grilling.
1 package low-fat hot dogs
1
small package cheddar cheese
1
package center-cut bacon slices
1.
Make a lengthwise slit on one side of each hot dog.
2. Cut the cheese
into long match-like strips to fit each piece of
cheese
into each hot dog.
3. Wrap each hot
dog with a bacon slice, secure with toothpicks.
4. Grill, cheese
side up, until the bacon is crispy.
