In my attempts to Feng Shui my office, I have felt that although I have created a desk similar to the one featured on page 167 of The Western Guide to Feng Shui Room by Room by Terah Kathryn Collins, something was missing.

Today, this beautiful fountain arrived as a gift with books, candles and spa treats. This was what was missing on my desk and now I can write reviews with water delicately cascading over four slate ledges. This fountain has Feng Shui influences and the modern stone moon architecture looks beautiful in any setting.

You can place the polished river rocks creatively around the fountain or even set a few of them on the slate ledges to control the water flow.

This fountain is designed for indoor use and has a recycling water pump to allow for a continuous flow of tranquil water that occasionally makes a trickling sound or a sound like melting ice. You can adjust the water flow and they recommend using distilled water because mineral build up from tap water can ruin water pumps.

If you are looking for a desk fountain or a fountain that will fit on an entry table or coffee table, this beautiful tabletop fountain is perfect for indoor use. The delicate trickling sound is pleasant and can be increased by changing the power level on the recycling Jebao submersible water pump. Even on the low setting, the water flow is excellent and you can adjust the flow even more by placing the stones close to the water spout opening. This is an easy way to adjust the water sounds.

You can also regulate the path of the continuous flow of water with the beautiful polished river rocks. The water pump is super quiet and doesn't interfere with the sound of the delicate water cascading over the two ledges in delicate streams.

I love writing reviews with a water fountain on the desk because it increases creativity. I also enjoy changing the polished stones to vary the path of the water. This fountain has Feng Shui influences and the three-tiered temple design fits into all decors. It is modern and ancient all at the same time and will give any room more life and vitality.

Some things I discovered that might be useful and may enhance your experience: Rinse the fountain off completely after it arrives (to remove any packaging material particles so they don't clog the filter) and then place the fountain on a piece of cork (I use a cork coaster). Fill the fountain after it is all set up and then move the stones around to create the perfect water flow. Give the fountain at least a minute to work through the initial air bubbles and then you will notice this is very quiet and a peaceful addition to your environment.
