Orange
Berry Sorbet
The
tastes of summer may be enjoyed in the winter when you use frozen berries. This
is a very easy-to-make sorbet which will freeze quickly and will complement
scoops of vanilla ice cream. Serve with a mint leaf or a twirl of lemon peel.
1 cup boiling water
½ cup granulated
sugar
1 (12-ounce) bag
frozen raspberries
1 cup cold orange
juice made from concentrate

In a small bowl, dissolve sugar in water. This will take a few
minutes. While
you are waiting, place the frozen raspberries,
orange juice and
vanilla in a blender. Pour in the sugar water
and process until
smooth.

bowl. The mixture will be
icy and ready to
freeze.
