Marinated Flank Steak
With Peppers and Mushrooms
If you can find a marinated flank steak at
your butcher buy it, otherwise,
marinate in Italian dressing or teriyaki sauce.
Marinate the steak overnight.
1 Flank steak (or Skirt steak if you can find one)
Marinade
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
4 Portobello mushrooms
1 teaspoon olive oil
Emeril’s Original Essense
1. Broil or grill Flank steak.
2. Slice up peppers and mushrooms. Fry in frying pan with olive oil.
Season with essence.
3. Slice up Flank steak (weigh your portion)
and serve with vegetables
immediately.
