Chicken with Broccoli

This is the simplest dish I’ve created so far. It is basically
just seasoned chicken with broccoli on the side.
To spice things up a bit I use Old Bay Seasoning.

 

    1 (5-7 ounce) chicken breast
    ½ teaspoon oil

    Paprika
    Garlic salt
    Garlic powder
    Old Bay seasoning

    1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
    Fleur de Sel or sea salt

 

1. In a medium pot, heat water to boiling. Add broccoli and cook just until
    bright green. Test for doneness then turn off the heat.

2. In a large or small frying pan, heat oil and fry chicken on both sides
    until browned. Then cut chicken up while still in pan. Sprinkle with
    paprika, garlic salt, garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning. Continue
    cooking until chicken is done.

3. Drain broccoli and sprinkle with Fleur de Sel or sea salt. Serve
    with chicken immediately.
