CeCe Winans has a true talent for encasing comfort in an
encouraging message of hope and future dreams fulfilled. You
feel that any problem you had five minutes ago has suddenly been
solved, as if the world is beautiful again.
Through her wisdom you enter a deep sigh of peace and
encouragement encased in soul soothing lyrics. The lyrics are
also encouraging, positive and speak of a love that is
unconditional, beautiful and wise.
"Somebody told me to tell you
You are loved"
Every single track on this album is perfect and soul healing. It
is rare to find a relaxing spiritual escape where you love every
song, but this seems to be a deeply contemplative escape where
you can relax into unconditional love and also think about more
than this life. CeCe's music speaks of worlds where we can
escape the daily trials and feel comforted and loved.
The title seems especially appropriate because you do feel
purified spiritually after listening to her music. The clarity
in the music is astounding and definitely enters the category of
musical perfection. "Purified" speaks of our hearts
desire for peace and it is not only uplifting, it gives hope.
